INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

Before a licensee has an initial consultation with a potential client with respect to the provision of immigration or citizenship consulting services, the licensee must enter into a written consultation agreement with that potential client. This Initial Consultation Agreement is made this November 8, 2025, between  Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) , Ifeoma Appolonia Tony-Osondu (the “RCIC”), Licensee Number: RC713039, Phone: +1(639)382-9422Email address: info@ggicc.ca

The Client:

 

Please be advised that Ifeoma Appolonia Tony-Osondu is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship RCICs, and as such, is bound by its Bylaw, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations.

 

By taking this initial consultation, the Client has no obligation to hire the RCIC for any further immigration procedures.

 

Taking the consultation does not imply that the RCIC represents the Client before any immigration authorities.

 

The advice provided is based on current Canadian immigration law and policy on the date of the consultation (where relevant) and the information shared by the client at the time. The RCIC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information by the client. The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact on the processing of any subsequent application by the Client.

 

1. Purpose of Consultation:

The purpose of this consultation is to provide the Client with general immigration advice and information related to Canadian immigration programs, eligibility assessments, and potential next steps.

This consultation does not create a continuing representation relationship beyond the scope defined herein.

2. Scope of Services:

The RCIC agrees to provide the Client with the following services during the consultation:

  • A review of the Client’s immigration objectives and background information.

  • Preliminary advice regarding study permit

  • Review of application letter, provincial attestation letter, and proof of fund (tuition and living expenses).

  • Review of her current status as a visitor in Canada.

  • General recommendations on documentation or next steps; and

  • Answers to specific immigration-related questions, as time permits.

3. Duration and Fees:

  • Duration: The consultation shall last approximately 30 or 60 minutes.

  • Consultation Fee: $150.00 CAD or $200 CAD (plus applicable taxes).

4. College’s Role as the Licensee’s Regulator:

The purpose of the College is to regulate immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest and protect the public, including by:

 

  • establishing and administering qualification standards, standards of practice and continuing education requirements for licenses.

  • ensuring compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct; and

  • undertaking public awareness activities.

6. No Guarantee or Representation:

The RCIC cannot and does not guarantee any outcome regarding applications or immigration processes.

 

The advice provided is based on the information shared by the Client and the laws, regulations, and policies in effect at the time of consultation:

 

  1. Only a Canadian visa officer can make the final decision on your application

  2. Greens on Gardiner Immigration Consulting cannot guarantee how long it will take IRCC to process your Canadian immigration application. Each application is different and takes a different amount of time to process.

7. Confidentiality:

All information and documentation provided by the Client will be kept confidential in accordance with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and applicable privacy laws. The RCIC will not disclose information to any third party without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Engagement:

This Agreement covers only the initial consultation.
It does not include:

  • Preparation or submission of immigration applications.

  • Ongoing correspondence with immigration authorities; or

  • Representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), or other government bodies.

 

If the Client wishes to retain the RCIC for further services, a separate Retainer Agreement must be signed.

 

9. Acknowledgment

By booking this appointment, both parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Initial Consultation Agreement.
